1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Spacematter website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. For actual software design and engineering projects, signed milestone proposals and invoices supersede general website terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon completion and payment of agreed milestones, clients own and keep all tangible deliverables, custom interfaces, design files, and application assets produced under that milestone. Spacematter retains rights to proprietary reusable engineering frameworks and studio tools.

3. Milestone Model & Estimates

Published pricing ranges and project timelines represent standard baseline estimates. Specific milestone scope, deliverables, and fixed payment amounts are confirmed in writing prior to commencing work.

4. Limitation of Liability

Spacematter provides software and advisory services with senior professional care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting, platform outages, or client operational changes.
